Abstract
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung sowie ein Verfahren zur quantitativen Erfassung von Störungen des Gesichtsfelds eines Auges eines Probanden, insbesondere bei Augenerkrankungen, die mit einem Makulaödem einhergehen, wobei ein Quadrat-Gitter auf einer Anzeigeeinrichtung angezeigt wird, dessen Gitterlinien, die vom Probanden gekrümmt wahrgenommen werden, von diesem so verändert werden können, dass er wieder ein orthogonales Gitternetz sieht. Solche gekrümmt wahrgenommen Linien können durch Eingabe-Signale, die die durch die Begrenzungsfunktionen definierten Begrenzungskurven derart verändern, dass wieder das ursprüngliche angezeigte lineare Gitternetz wahrgenommen wird, wobei die Transformations-bedingten geometrischen Abweichungen der gekrümmt wahrgenommenen Bereiche des Quadrat-Gitternetzes von den ursprünglich vorliegenden Quadraten quantitativ als der Summe der Beträge der horizontalen Abweichungen und als Summe der Beträge der vertikalen Abweichungen ermittelt werden.

(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de détection quantitative de troubles du champ visuel d’un œil d’un sujet, en particulier dans le cas de maladies oculaires liés à un œdème maculaire. Une grille carrée est affichée sur un dispositif d’affichage. Les lignes de la grille, qui sont perçues incurvées par le sujet, peuvent être modifiées de manière à voir à nouveau une grille orthogonale. De telles lignes perçues incurvées peuvent être modifiées par des signaux d’entrée qui modifient les courbes de limitation définies par les fonctions de délimitation de façon à percevoir de nouveau la grille linéaire initialement affichée. Les écarts géométriques, induits par la transformation, des zones perçues incurvées de la grille carrée sont déterminées par les carrés initialement présents de manière quantitative comme la somme des valeurs des écarts horizontaux et comme la somme des valeurs des écarts verticaux.
