An article having a nanotextured surface with hydrophobic properties, said nanotextured surface comprising an array of pillars (71) defined by a surface fraction (φs) of the pillars, a pitch (P) of the pillars and an aspect ratio (H/2R) of the pillars, wherein: - the surface fraction (φs) is equal or greater to 2% and equal or less to 80%; - the pitch (P) is equal or less to 250; - the aspect ratio (H/2R) is equal or less to 2.4, where H is the height of the pillars and R is the radius of the pillars; - the pitch (P), the height (H), the radius (R) are expressed in nanometers (nm); - the nanotextured surface comprises at least partially a hydrophobic material.

La présente invention concerne un article ayant une surface nanotexturée présentant des propriétés hydrophobes, ladite surface nanotexturée comprenant un ensemble de piliers (71) définis par une fraction de surface (φs) des piliers, un pas (P) des piliers et un rapport d'aspect (H/2R) des piliers, la fraction de surface (φs) étant égale ou supérieure à 2 % et égale ou inférieure à 80 %; le pas (P) étant égal ou inférieur à 250; le rapport d'aspect (H/2R) étant égal ou inférieur à 2,4, où H est la hauteur des piliers et R est le rayon des piliers; le pas (P), la hauteur (H), le rayon (R) étant exprimés en nanomètres (nm); la surface nanotexturée comprenant au moins partiellement un matériau hydrophobe.
