Abstract
(EN) Provided is a bolt connection structure between a column and a beam in an aluminum alloy house, comprising: an aluminum alloy main column (1), an aluminum alloy main beam (4), a reinforced sleeve core (5), a T-shaped steel fixing plate (2), and a bolt (3). The reinforced sleeve core (5) is arranged in the aluminum alloy main column (1), and located at a joint with the aluminum alloy main beam (4). The T-shaped steel fixing plate (2) is arranged between the reinforced sleeve core (5) and the aluminum alloy main column (1) and between the reinforced sleeve core (5) and the aluminum alloy main beam (4), so as to joint-connect the aluminum alloy main column (1) and the aluminum alloy main beam (4). The bolt (3) respectively connects the aluminum alloy main column (1) and a part of the T-shaped steel fixing plate (2) and the reinforced sleeve core (5) located in the aluminum alloy main column (1), and connects the aluminum alloy main beam (4) and a part of the T-shaped steel fixing plate (2) located in the aluminum alloy main beam (4). The connection structure has an enhanced strength, and an improved bending resistance, shearing resistance and overall stability.
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure de raccordement de boulon entre une colonne et une poutre dans un logement en alliage d'aluminium, comprenant : une colonne principale en alliage d'aluminium (1), une poutre principale en alliage d'aluminium (4), un noyau de manchon renforcé (5), une plaque de fixation en acier en forme de T (2) et un boulon (3). Le noyau de manchon renforcé (5) est disposé dans la colonne principale en alliage d'aluminium (1) et placé au niveau d'un joint avec la poutre principale en alliage d'aluminium (4). La plaque de fixation en acier en forme de T (2) est disposée entre le noyau de manchon renforcé (5) et la colonne principale en alliage d'aluminium (1) et entre le noyau de manchon renforcé (5) et la poutre principale en alliage d'aluminium (4), de façon à relier la colonne principale en alliage d'aluminium (1) et la poutre principale en alliage d'aluminium (4) par un joint. Le boulon (3) relie respectivement la colonne principale en alliage d'aluminium (1) et une partie de la plaque de fixation en acier en forme de T (2) et le noyau de de manchon renforcé (5) situé dans la colonne principale en alliage d'aluminium (1), et relie la poutre principale en alliage d'aluminium (4) et une partie de la plaque de fixation en acier en forme de T (2) située dans la poutre principale en alliage d'aluminium (4). La structure de raccordement a une résistance améliorée, et une meilleure résistance à la flexion, une meilleure résistance de cisaillement et une meilleure stabilité globale.
