The present invention provides novel high-efficiency pipe means (a top joint ring) which, when a fastening piece on one side and an operating hook lock on the other side are tightened by means of female and male screws in order for pipe connection, uses strong localized compression on portions of the circumferences of pipes on either side thereof to fix same and provides complete pipe connectivity without ever having a disengagement of the connection. In particular, the top joint ring for pipe connection of the present invention comprises: a left side tapered joint tube and a right side tapered joint tube respectively having a pipe insertion recess formed therethrough in the bore thereof and being cylindrical overall, having regions from the ends at the left sides and the right sides to the centers thereof progressively increasing in diameter towards the centers and having predetermined sloped angles, are formed symmetrical to each other; a bore joint ring formed protruding inward at the center at which the left side joint tube and the right side joint tube meet each other; and a plurality of long cutout recesses capable of assisting a contraction effect at the left and right joint tubes including the bore joint ring without stressing the bore joint ring.

La présente invention concerne un nouveau moyen de tuyau à haute efficacité (un joint annulaire supérieur) qui, lorsqu'une pièce de fixation sur un côté et un verrou à crochet de fonctionnement sur l'autre côté sont serrés au moyen de vis femelle et mâle dans le but de raccorder le tuyau, utilise une forte compression localisée sur des parties des circonférences de tuyaux sur chaque côté de ce dernier pour le fixer et assurer un raccordement complet sans jamais avoir de désengagement du raccord. En particulier, le joint annulaire supérieur pour raccord de tuyau de la présente invention comprend : un tube de joint conique côté gauche et un tube de joint conique côté droit présentant respectivement un évidement d'insertion de tuyau formé à travers ces derniers dans l'orifice de ces derniers et globalement cylindrique, ayant des régions allant des extrémités au niveau des côtés gauches et des côtés droits aux centres de ces derniers dont le diamètre augmente progressivement vers les centres et ayant des angles d'inclinaison prédéterminés, sont formés symétriques l'un par rapport à l'autre ; un joint annulaire à orifice formé en saillie vers l'intérieur au niveau du centre auquel le tube de joint de côté gauche et le tube de joint de côté droit se rencontrent l'un et l'autre ; et une pluralité de longs évidements découpés, aptes à faciliter un effet de contraction au niveau des tubes de joint gauche et droit incluant le joint annulaire à orifice sans contraindre le joint annulaire à orifice.

본 발명은 파이프 연결을 위한 일측의 체결구와 타측의 작동용 후크록이 암·수 나사로 조여질 때, 그 사이의 파이프의 일부 둘레를 강한 국부적 압박으로 고정하여 절대 빠지지 않는 완벽한 파이프 연결성을 제공하는 새로운 고효율의 파이프 수단(탑 조인트 링)을 제공하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명의 파이프 연결용 탑 조인트 링은, 내경에 파이프 삽입홈이 관통되고 전체적으로 원통형을 이루되, 좌측과 우측의 각 끝단부에서부터 중앙부로 이어지는 구간에는 중앙으로 갈수록 그 직경이 커지면서 소정의 경사각을 갖는 좌,우측 테이퍼형 조인트관이 각각 대칭으로 형성되는 것과; 상기 좌측 조인트관과 우측 조인트관이 서로 만나는 중앙부에는 내부로 돌출된 내경용 조인트링이 형성되는 것과;상기 내경용 조인트링을 포함하는 상기 좌,우측 조인트관에는, 상기 내경용 조인트링의 무리없는 수축작용을 보조할 수 있도록 하는 다수개의 길쭉한 절개홈이 형성되는 것이다.
