Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a gas shielded arc welding method for feeding a consumable electrode via a welding torch and performing welding while a shielding gas is flowing, wherein the welding torch includes a nozzle, the inside diameter of the nozzle is 15 mm or greater, the nozzle-base metal distance between the tip of the nozzle and material to be welded is 22 mm or less, and a ratio expressed by (inside diameter of nozzle/nozzle-base material distance) is 0.7 - 1.9. Thus, it is possible to suppress oxidation on bead surfaces directly after welding or oxidation when atmospheric air is drawn in and reduce slag while increasing the atmospheric shielding effect by the shielding gas.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de soudage à l'arc sous protection gazeuse destiné à alimenter une électrode consommable par l'intermédiaire d'une tête de soudage et à réaliser un soudage pendant qu'un gaz de protection s'écoule, la tête de soudage comprenant une buse, le diamètre intérieur de la buse est de 15 mm au moins, la distance buse-métal de base entre la pointe de la buse et la une matière devant être soudée est de 22 mm au maximum, et un rapport exprimé par (diamètre intérieur de buse/distance buse-métal de base) est de 0,7 à 1,9 Ainsi, il est possible de supprimer l'oxydation sur les surfaces des cordons de soudure directement après le soudage ou l'oxydation lorsque l'air atmosphérique est aspiré et de réduire le laitier tout en augmentant l'effet de protection atmosphérique par le gaz de protection.
(JA) 本発明は、溶接トーチを介して消耗式電極を送給し、シールドガスを流しながら溶接を行うガスシールドアーク溶接方法であって、前記溶接トーチはノズルを含み、前記ノズルの内径が15mm以上であり、前記ノズルの先端と被溶接材との間のノズル-母材間距離が22mm以下であり、かつ(前記ノズルの内径/前記ノズル-母材間距離)で表される比が0.7以上1.9以下である、ガスシールドアーク溶接方法に関する。これにより、シールドガスによる大気遮断効果を高めつつ、溶接直後のビード表面における酸化、又は大気を巻き込んだ場合における酸化を抑制し、かつスラグの低減を可能とする。
