Abstract:
(EN) A process for producing a glass plate which includes a forming step in which a molten glass is formed into a glass ribbon on a molten metal inside a bath, the glass plate having a total antimony content (A) of 100-5,000 mass ppm in terms of Sb2O3 amount, a total sulfur content (B) of 100 mass ppm or higher in terms of SO3 amount, and a total iron content (C) of 60 mass ppm or less in terms of Fe2O3 amount and satisfying the following relationships (1) and (2), wherein in the forming step, antimony oxide in the vicinity of the bottom surface of the glass ribbon is reduced to thereby form a colored layer having a given depth from the bottom surface. 0.03≤A/B≤50 (1) A/D≥2.2 (2) In relationship (2), D is trivalent-iron content in terms of Fe2O3 amount.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une plaque de verre qui comprend une étape de formation dans laquelle un verre fondu est formé en un ruban de verre sur un métal fondu à l'intérieur d'un bain, la plaque de verre ayant une teneur totale en antimoine (A) de 100 à 5 000 ppm en masse en termes de quantité de Sb2O3, une teneur totale en soufre (B) supérieure ou égale à 100 ppm en masse en termes de quantité de SO3, et une teneur totale en fer (C) inférieure ou égale à 60 ppm en masse en termes de quantité de Fe2O3 et satisfaisant aux relations (1) et (2) suivantes. Dans l'étape de formation, l'oxyde d'antimoine, présent à proximité de la surface inférieure du ruban de verre, est réduit pour ainsi former une couche colorée ayant une profondeur donnée à partir de la surface inférieure. 0,03 ≤ A/B ≤ 50 (1) A/D ≥ 2,2 (2) Dans la relation (2), D représente la teneur en fer trivalent en termes de quantité de Fe2O3.
