Abstract:
(EN) Rows of protrusions (2) and rows of recesses (3) are formed alternately as a continuum in a direction (Y-direction) orthogonal to the direction (X-direction) in which said rows extend, thereby forming a corrugated cross-sectional shape having a wave-shaped cross section. Inclined wall surfaces (4) that are wave-shaped as seen in a plan view are formed between the rows of protrusions (2) and the rows of recesses (3). The rows of protrusions (2) and the rows of recesses (3) are each formed in such a way that the shape thereof in a cross-section in the X-direction is a wave-shaped corrugated cross-sectional shape. The pitch and the height difference between valley portions (5) and crest portions (6) in the X-direction corrugated cross-sectional shape are both less than the respective relationships between the rows of protrusions (2) and the rows of recesses (3) in the Y-direction corrugated cross-sectional shape. A corrugated metal plate having such a shape exhibits the advantages that the process to form both the X- and Y-direction cross-sectional shapes to be wave-shaped is straightforward, and that there is very little difference between the bending stiffnesses in the X- and Y-directions.
(FR) Selon l'invention, des rangées de protubérances (2) et des rangées de creux (3) sont formées en alternance sous la forme d'un continuum dans une direction (direction Y) orthogonale à la direction (direction X) dans lequel lesdites rangées s'étendent, formant ainsi une forme de section transversale ondulée ayant une section transversale en forme d'onde. Des surfaces de paroi inclinée (4) qui, observées dans une vue en plan, sont en forme d'onde, sont formées entre les rangées de protubérances (2) et les rangées de creux (3). Les rangées de protubérances (2) et les rangées de creux (3) sont chacune formées de telle sorte que la forme de celles-ci dans une section transversale dans la direction X est une forme de coupe transversale ondulée en forme d'onde. Le pas et la différence de hauteur entre des portions de vallée (5) et des portions de crête (6) dans la forme de section transversale ondulée dans la direction X sont tous deux inférieurs aux relations respectives entre les rangées de protubérances (2) et les rangées de creux (3) dans la forme de section transversale ondulée dans la direction Y. Une plaque métallique ondulée qui possède une telle forme présente les avantages que le procédé de formation des formes de section transversale dans les deux directions X et Y afin qu'elles soient en forme d'onde est simple, et qu'il existe très peu de différence entre les résistances à la flexion dans les directions X et Y.
(JA) 凸状列(2)と凹状列(3)とをその列方向(X方向)と直交する方向(Y方向)に交互に連続して形成することで断面波形状のコルゲート断面形状に形成してある。凸状列(2)と凹状列(3)との間には平面視にて波形状の傾斜壁面(4)を形成してある。凸状列(2)と凹状列(3)はそれぞれX方向に沿った断面での形状を波形状のコルゲート断面形状に形成してある。このX方向に沿ったコルゲート断面形状における谷部(5)と山部(6)とのなすピッチおよび高さの差は、Y方向に沿ったコルゲート断面形状での凸状列(2)と凹状列(3)との関係に比べて小さいものとしてある。このような形状のコルゲート金属板は、X,Y二方向での断面形状を共に波形状にするための加工が容易であり、X,Y二方向での曲げ剛性の差がきわめて小さい利点を有する。
