Abstract

The system (1) for the management of online reviews comprises a management and control unit (2) of online reviews (R), having at least a storage unit (3) of the reviews (R) and presentation means (4) of the reviews (R), a customers interface unit (5) operatively connected to the management and control unit (2) and having means for the registration and authentication of the customers (C), a generation unit (7) of a univocal transaction code (OT), operatively connected to the management and control unit (2) and able to generate and forward the univocal transaction code (CT) to the management and control unit (2) in the case of a transaction (T) between a supplier (F) of products and services and a customer (C), wherein the univocal transaction code (CT) comprises an identification key (IDC) of the customer (C), an identification key (IDF) of the supplier (F), an identification key (IDT) of the transaction (T), wherein the customers interface unit (5) has insertion means on the storage unit (3) of a new online review (R) related to the transaction (T), and wherein the management and control unit (2) comprises check means (8) of the correspondence between customer (C), supplier (F) and transaction (T) associated with the new review (R) and the identification key (IDC) of the customer (C), the identification key (IDF) of the supplier (F) and the identification key (IDT) of the transaction (T).

L'invention concerne un système (1) de gestion d'évaluations en ligne comprenant une unité de gestion et de commande (2) d'évaluations en ligne (R) comprenant au moins une unité de mémorisation (3) des évaluations (R) et un moyen de présentation (4) des évaluations (R), une unité d'interface client (5) connectée de manière fonctionnelle à l'unité de gestion et de commande (2) et comprenant un moyen d'enregistrement et d'authentification des clients (C), une unité de génération (7) d'un code de transaction univoque (OT) connectée de manière fonctionnelle à l'unité de gestion et de commande (2) et susceptible de générer et de transmettre le code de transaction univoque (CT) à l'unité de gestion et de commande (2) en cas de transaction (T) entre un fournisseur (F) de produits et de services et un client (C), le code de transaction univoque (CT) comprenant une clé d'identification (IDC) du client (C), une clé d'identification (IDF) du fournisseur (F), une clé d'identification (IDT) de la transaction (T), l'unité d'interface client (5) étant dotée sur l'unité de mémorisation (3) d'un moyen de saisie d'une nouvelle évaluation en ligne (R) associée à la transaction (T) et l'unité de gestion et de commande (2) comprenant un moyen de vérification (8) de la correspondance entre client (C), fournisseur (F) et transaction (T) associés à la nouvelle évaluation (R) et la clé d'identification (IDC) du client (C), la clé d'identification (IDF) du fournisseur (F) et la clé d'identification (IDT) de la transaction (T).
