Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a bearing device for an exhaust gas turbocharger, having a first radial bearing (8) and a second radial bearing (9), wherein the first radial bearing (8) and the second radial bearing (9) are designed for the radial mounting of a shaft of the exhaust gas turbocharger, and wherein a spacer (12) is arranged between the first radial bearing (8) and the second radial bearing (9). The first radial bearing (8) and the second radial bearing (9) are connected to the spacer (12), wherein at least the two radial bearings (8, 9) are produced separately prior to a joining process of the three components (8, 9, 12).
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif palier pour un turbocompresseur comportant un premier palier radial (8) et un deuxième palier radial (9), le premier palier radial (8) et le deuxième palier radial (9) étant conçus pour loger radialement un arbre du turbocompresseur, un espaceur (12) étant disposé entre le premier palier radial (8) et le deuxième palier radial (9). Le premier palier radial (8) et le deuxième palier radial (9) sont reliés à l’espaceur (12), au moins les deux paliers radiaux (8, 9) étant fabriqués séparément avant un procédé d’assemblage des trois composants (8, 9, 12).
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Lagervorrichtung für einen Abgasturbolader, aufweisend ein erstes Radiallager (8) und ein zweites Radiallager (9), wobei das erste Radiallager (8) und das zweite Radiallager (9) zur radialen Lagerung einer Welle des Abgasturboladers ausgebildet sind, und wobei zwischen dem ersten Radiallager (8) und dem zweiten Radiallager (9) ein Abstandhalter (12) angeordnet ist. Das erste Radiallager (8) und das zweite Radiallager (9) sind mit dem Abstandhalter (12) verbunden, wobei zumindest die beiden Radiallager (8, 9) vor einem Fügeverfahren der drei Bauteile (8, 9, 12) separat hergestellt sind.
