Abstract
(EN) A plastic clad aluminum light emitting diode (LED) light bulb is characterized by comprising: a small partition plate (7) arranged on an LED light board (6); protruding reinforcement bars (13) arranged at two ends of an upper portion of the small partition plate (7); a slot of a printed circuit board (PCB) (10), connected to a drive power supply (8) by inserting the drive power supply (8), and arranged above the protruding reinforcement bars (13), and two inverted hooks (16), forming an opening channel, arranged below the small partition plate (7), and inserted and arranged in insertion holes of the LED light board (6). The small partition plate (7) positioned at a center of the opening channel is provided with line passing holes (15). The drive power supply (8) is connected via two pins of an electrolytic capacitor on the PCB board (10) of the drive power supply (8) to the LED light board (6) via the line passing holes (15). The embodiment has a simple and reliable structure, is simple to assemble, has high efficiency, is suitable for automated and mass production, reducing material and production costs significantly, and facilitating large-scale power-saving environmentally friendly lighting.
(FR) Une ampoule à diodes électroluminescentes (DEL) d'aluminium à gaine de plastique est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend : une petite plaque de séparation (7) agencée sur une carte de lumière à DEL (6); des barres de renfort en saillie (13) agencées au niveau de deux extrémités d'une partie supérieure de la petite plaque de séparation (7); une fente d'une carte de circuit imprimé (10), connectée à un bloc d'alimentation d'excitation (8) par l'insertion du bloc d'alimentation d'excitation (8), et disposée au-dessus des barres de renfort en saillie (13), et deux crochets inversés (16), formant un canal d'ouverture, agencés au-dessous de la petite plaque de séparation (7), et insérés et disposés dans des trous d'insertion de la carte de lumière à DEL (6). La petite plaque de séparation (7) positionnée au centre du canal d'ouverture est dotée de trous de passage de ligne (15). Le bloc d'alimentation d'excitation (8) est connecté par l'intermédiaire de deux broches d'un condensateur électrolytique sur la carte de circuit imprimé (10) du bloc d'alimentation d'excitation (8) à la carte de lumière à DEL (6) par l'intermédiaire des trous de passage de ligne (15).
