Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides an embedded self-capacitance touch display panel and a manufacturing method therefor. The embedded self-capacitance touch display panel comprises an array substrate, a CF substrate, and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the array substrate and the CF substrate. Light enters through one side of the CF substrate and comes out through one side of the array substrate. The array substrate comprises multiple gate scanning lines (11) disposed in the horizontal direction at intervals, multiple data lines (41) disposed in the vertical directions at intervals, and multiple pixel electrodes (50) disposed into a matrix. The touch control scanning lines can serve as the gate scanning lines (11), the touch control reception lines can serve as the data lines (41), and touch control self-capacitors can serve as the pixel electrodes (50). On the premise that the number of existing array substrate technological processes is not increased, embedded self-capacitance touch control can be implemented, and panel driving cost can be reduced. The manufacturing method for the embedded self-capacitance touch display panel can reduced the driving cost of the panel while the number of existing array substrate technological processes is not increased.

Ce panneau d'affichage tactile à capacité propre intégré comprend un substrat de réseau, un substrat CF et une couche de cristaux liquides disposée entre le substrat de réseau et le substrat CF.
