Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of communications, and provide a transmission method and device for a physical downlink control channel. The present invention can enhance a signal strength of a physical downlink control channel received by a UE, and improve the quality of communication between a UE and a base station. The transmission method comprises: acquiring, by a UE, a parameter collection for transmitting a first physical downlink control channel, wherein the first physical downlink control channel is for sending the same downlink control information (DCI) during at least R subframes; determining, by the UE and according to the parameter collection, N candidate positions of transmission of the first physical downlink control channel by a base station, wherein the candidate positions comprise the R subframes; monitoring, by the UE and at the N candidate positions, whether the base station transmits the first physical downlink control channel; and receiving, by the UE and at a first candidate position, the first physical downlink control channel transmitted by the base station, wherein the N candidate positions comprise the first candidate position.

Des modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent le domaine des communications, et se rapportent à un procédé et à un dispositif de transmission destinés à un canal de commande de liaison descendante physique. La présente invention peut améliorer une intensité de signal d'un canal de commande de liaison descendante physique reçu par un équipement utilisateur (UE), et améliorer la qualité de communication entre un UE et une station de base. Le procédé de transmission comprend les étapes consistant à : acquérir, par un UE, une collecte de paramètres pour transmettre un premier canal de commande de liaison descendante physique, le premier canal de commande de liaison descendante physique servant à envoyer les mêmes informations de commande de liaison descendante (DCI) pendant au moins R sous-trames ; déterminer, par l'UE et conformément à la collecte de paramètres, N positions candidates de transmission du premier canal de commande de liaison descendante physique par une station de base, les positions candidates comprenant les R sous-trames ; surveiller, par l'UE et au niveau des N positions candidates, si la station de base transmet le premier canal de commande de liaison descendante physique ; et recevoir, par l'UE et au niveau d'une première position candidate, le premier canal de commande de liaison descendante physique transmis par la station de base, les N positions candidates comprenant la première position candidate.
