Provided is a method for extracting proteins and functional lipid from soybean liquid by oriented continuous catalysis with nano magnetic immobilized enzymes. Soybean liquid made of crushed soybeans is used as a raw material and serves as a continuous mobile phase. Nano magnetic immobilized enzymes are locked as stationary phases in respective three-phase magnetic fluidized beds. Nano magnetic immobilized cellulase, nano magnetic immobilized pectinase and nano magnetic immobilized alkaline protease are used for breaking cell walls, decomposing lipoproteins and lipopolysaccharide complexes and destroying lipoprotein membranes on the surfaces of oil droplets so that lipids can flow out. Magnetic immobilized phospholipases are used for catalyzing phospholipids in the liquid to change the polarity of phospholipids and control the generation of emulsification phenomenon of the liquid. Multiple types of enzymes continuously enzymolyze the soybean liquid in the same system. The various enzymes do not interfere with one another, and soybean proteins and functional lipids are obtained.
