Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a device for separating a cellular component from a multicomponent fluid. The device can comprise a body, a first acoustic wave generator, and a second acoustic wave propagating component. The body can define a channel having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. The channel can extend along a longitudinal axis from a first end to a second end. The first acoustic wave generator can be coupled to the first surface. The first acoustic wave generator can be configured to generate an acoustic wave having a wavelength. The second acoustic wave propagating component can be coupled to the second surface. The second surface can be spaced an integer fractional multiple of the wavelength from the first surface and each integer factional multiple equals a number of pressure nodes within the channel.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif pour séparer un composant cellulaire à partir d'un fluide à composants multiples. Le dispositif peut comprendre un corps, un premier générateur d'ondes acoustiques, et un second composant de propagation d'ondes acoustiques. Le corps peut définir un cananl possédant une première surface et une seconde surface opposée à la première surface. Le canal peut s'étendre le long d'un axe longitudinal depuis une première extrémité vers une seconde extrémité. Le premier générateur d'ondes acoustiques peut être rattaché à la première surface. Le premier générateur d'ondes acoustiques peut être configuré pour générer une onde acoustique ayant une longueur d'onde. Le second composant de propagation d'ondes acoustiques peut être rattaché à la seconde surface. La seconde surface peuvent être espacée de la première surface par un multiple fractionnel entier de la longueur d'onde et chaque multiple fractionnel entier est égal à un certain nombre de nœuds de pression à l'intérieur du canal.
