Abstract:
(EN) The present disclosure relates to compositions and methods of RNA analysis. In particular, the present disclosure provides a method of RNA analysis that includes obtaining a sample, applying one or more multi-partite probes to the sample, where each of the one or more multi-partite probes includes at least two sub-probes, annealing at least one of the applied one or more multi-partite probes to at least one target nucleic acid within the sample, and ligating the at least two sub-probes associated with the at least one annealed multi-partite probe to create a target nucleic acid proxy that can be detected.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur des compositions et des procédés d’analyse d’ARN. En particulier, la présente invention concerne un procédé d’analyse d’ARN qui consiste à obtenir un échantillon, à appliquer une ou plusieurs sondes multipartites à l’échantillon, la sonde ou chacune des sondes multipartites incluant au moins de sous-sondes, à recuire la sonde ou au moins une des sondes multipartites appliquées vers au moins un acide nucléique cible dans l’échantillon, et les au moins deux sous-sondes associées à la sonde ou aux sondes multipartites recuites pour créer un mandataire d’acide nucléique cible qui peut être détecté.
