Abstract:
The present invention relates to an autonomous smart car, and more specifically, to a system and a method for automatically providing a service for a malfunction in an autonomous smart car, capable of automatically providing a service corresponding to the malfunction when the autonomous smart car malfunctions. The present invention provides the system for automatically providing a service for a malfunction in the autonomous smart car, comprising: the autonomous smart car for periodically inspecting or sensing an abnormality in a vehicle part using a plurality of a first to nth sensors, and saving data resulting from the sensing or wirelessly transmitting relevant data via air when an inspection, repair, or a malfunction has occurred; and an autonomous smart car managing server for receiving the data wirelessly transmitted from the autonomous smart car and requesting guidance relating to the time of repair or inspection of the autonomous smart car and an inspection according to the type of malfunction when the autonomous car has malfunctioned, or automatically providing a necessary service to an insurance company server, a repair company server, and a towing company server according to the type of malfunction and the current location of the autonomous smart car, when the malfunction renders the autonomous smart car undrivable.
