Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing a curved display, which produces a curved display using a flat display module. A method for producing a curved display, according to one embodiment of the present invention, is to produce a curved display using a flat display module, the method comprising the steps of: masking the display module with a masking member so as to cover parts of the upper plate and the lower plate thereof, in which a masked area of the upper plate and a masked area of the lower plate are disposed asymmetrically up and down; etching the display module to a preset thickness so as to reduce the thickness of the display module except for the masked areas in the masked display module; removing the masking member from the display module after the etching step; and curving the display module.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un affichage incurvé, qui produit un affichage incurvé en utilisant un module d'affichage plat. Un procédé de fabrication d'un affichage incurvé, selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, sert à produire un affichage incurvé en utilisant un module d'affichage plat, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : masquer le module d'affichage avec un élément de masquage de manière à recouvrir des parties de la plaque supérieure et de la plaque inférieure de celui-ci, où une zone masquée de la plaque supérieure et une zone masquée de la plaque inférieure sont disposées de manière asymétrique vers le haut et vers le bas ; graver le module d'affichage à une épaisseur prédéterminée de manière à réduire l'épaisseur du module d'affichage, excepté les zones masquées dans le module d'affichage masqué ; enlever l'élément de masquage du module d'affichage après l'étape de gravure ; et courber le module d'affichage.
(KO) 본 발명은 평면 디스플레이 모듈을 이용하여 곡면형 디스플레이를 제조하는 곡면형 디스플레이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 의한 곡면형 디스플레이의 제조방법은 평면형 디스플레이 모듈을 곡면형 디스플레이로 제조하기 위한 곡면형 디스플레이의 제조방법으로서, 상기 디스플레이 모듈의 상판 및 하판의 일부를 덮도록 마스킹 부재로 마스킹 하는 단계-상기 상판의 마스킹 영역과 상기 하판의 마스킹 영역은 상하 비대칭되게 위치함-; 상기 마스킹된 상기 디스플레이 모듈에서 상기 마스킹된 부분을 제외하고 상기 디스플레이 모듈의 두께가 감소되도록 미리 설정된 두께로 상기 디스플레이 모듈을 식각하는 단계; 상기 식각 단계 후, 상기 디스플레이 모듈에서 상기 마스킹 부재를 제거하는 단계; 및 상기 디스플레이 모듈을 곡면으로 휘는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
