Disclosed is a device for cooling and heating a urea solution to be dispersed into exhaust gas, which is discharged from an engine, in order to reduce nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas. The present invention provides a device for cooling and heating a urea solution for a construction machine, the device comprising: an engine having a cooling fan, a coolant pump and a main cooler; a urea solution tank storing a urea solution and having an embedded heat exchange pipe through which a first cooling water or a second cooling water circulates; an additional cooling water tank for storing the second cooling water; a water pump for supplying the second cooling water of the additional cooling water tank to the heat exchange pipe; a valve to be opened or closed so as to supply the first cooling water and the second cooling water to the heat exchange pipe through a supply line, or moving the first cooling water and the second cooling water, which are discharged from the heat exchange pipe through a discharge line, to the coolant pump and the additional cooling water tank; and a controller for supplying the second cooling water to the heat exchange pipe through the supply line when the urea solution temperature exceeds a set temperature, and supplying the first cooling water to the heat exchange pipe through the supply line when the urea solution temperature is below or equal to the set temperature, and turning the valve on or off.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de refroidissement et de chauffage de solution d'urée à disperser dans le gaz d'échappement relâché par un moteur afin de réduire la teneur en oxydes d'azote des gaz d'échappement. La présente invention concerne un dispositif de refroidissement et de chauffage de solution d'urée destiné à un engin de chantier, le dispositif comprenant : un moteur doté d'un ventilateur de refroidissement, d'une pompe à liquide de refroidissement et d'un refroidisseur principal ; un réservoir de solution d'urée destiné au stockage d'une solution d'urée et doté d'un tuyau d'échange thermique intégré dans lequel circule une première eau de refroidissement ou une seconde eau de refroidissement ; un réservoir d'eau de refroidissement supplémentaire destiné au stockage de la seconde eau de refroidissement ; une pompe à eau destinée à fournir la seconde eau de refroidissement du réservoir d'eau de refroidissement supplémentaire au tuyau d'échange thermique ; une valve à ouvrir ou fermer pour fournir la première eau de refroidissement et la seconde eau de refroidissement au tuyau d'échange thermique par l'intermédiaire d'une conduite d'alimentation ou pour déplacer la première eau de refroidissement et la seconde eau de refroidissement qui sont déchargées depuis le tuyau d'échange thermique par l'intermédiaire d'une conduite de décharge, vers la pompe à liquide de refroidissement et le réservoir d'eau de refroidissement supplémentaire ; et un organe de commande destiné à fournir la seconde eau de refroidissement au tuyau d'échange thermique par l'intermédiaire de la conduite d'alimentation lorsque la température de la solution d'urée dépasse une température définie, à fournir la première eau de refroidissement au tuyau d'échange thermique par l'intermédiaire de la conduite d'alimentation lorsque la température de solution d'urée est inférieure ou égale à la température définie et à activer ou désactiver la valve.

엔진으로부터 배출되는 배기가스 중의 질소산화물을 저감시키기 위해 배기가스에 분사되는 요소수의 냉각 및 히팅장치를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 건설기계용 요소수의 냉각 및 히팅장치에 있어서, 냉각팬, 냉각수 펌프 및 메인 쿨러가 구비되는 엔진; 요소수를 저장하고 제1냉각수 또는 제2냉각수가 순환되는 열교환용 배관이 내설되는 요소수탱크; 제2냉각수를 저장하는 추가 냉각수탱크; 추가 냉각수탱크의 제2냉각수를 열교환용 배관에 공급하기 위한 워터펌프; 제1냉각수와 제2냉각수를 공급라인을 통해 열교환용 배관에 공급하거나, 열교환용 배관으로부터 배출라인을 통해 배출되는 제1냉각수 및 제2냉각수를 냉각수 펌프 및 추가 냉각수탱크로 이동시키기 위해 개폐되는 밸브; 요소수 온도가 설정온도를 초과하는 경우 제2냉각수를 공급라인을 통해 열교환용 배관에 공급하고, 요소수의 온도가 설정온도 이하일 경우 제1냉각수를 공급라인을 통해 열교환용 배관에 공급하고, 밸브를 온,오프시키기 위한 컨트롤러;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계용 요소수의 냉각 및 히팅장치를 제공한다.
