Abstract:
(EN) [Solution] A method for producing a reverse osmosis membrane 1 according to the present invention comprises: a coating film formation step wherein a coating film that is soluble in a specific solvent is formed on the surface of a porous supporting base 2 that is insoluble in the solvent; a carbon film formation step wherein a carbon film 3 is formed on the coating film in an atmosphere containing a rare gas and a nitrogen gas by a physical vapor deposition method that uses carbon as a target material; and a dissolution removal step wherein the coating film is dissolved and removed by means of the solvent after the formation of the carbon film 3.
(FR) Le procédé de production d'une membrane (1) d'osmose inverse selon la présente invention comprend : une étape de formation d'un film de revêtement, dans laquelle un film de revêtement soluble dans un solvant spécifique est formé sur la surface d'une base de support (2) poreuse qui est insoluble dans le solvant; une étape de formation de film de carbone, dans laquelle un film de carbone (3) est formé sur le film de revêtement dans une atmosphère contenant un gaz rare et un gaz azoté par un procédé de dépôt physique en phase vapeur qui utilise le carbone en tant que matériau cible; et une étape d'élimination par dissolution, dans laquelle le film de revêtement est dissous et éliminé au moyen du solvant après la formation du film de carbone (3).
