Abstract:
(EN) A cell stack device according to this disclosure is provided with: a cell stack formed by arranging a plurality of cells; and a manifold in which one end of each of the plurality of cells is fixed with a sealing material and which supplies a reaction gas to the plurality of cells. The cells each have: a support substrate having a length direction; an element part that is stacked on the support substrate and that is composed of a fuel electrode, a solid electrolyte layer, and an air electrode; and an intermediate layer that is disposed between the solid electrolyte layer and the air electrode, that extends to the one end of the cells, and that has a higher porosity than the solid electrolyte layer. At the one end of each of the cells, the intermediate layer has an exposed area that is exposed from the air electrode, and the sealing material is provided on the exposed area.
(FR) Un dispositif d'empilement de piles selon l'invention est pourvu de : un empilement de piles formé en agençant une pluralité de piles ; et un collecteur dans lequel une extrémité de chaque pile de la pluralité de piles est fixée avec un matériau d'étanchéité et qui fournit un gaz de réaction à la pluralité de piles. Les piles possèdent chacune : un substrat de support ayant un sens de la longueur ; une partie élément qui est empilée sur le substrat de support et qui est composée d'une électrode à combustible, d'une couche d'électrolyte solide, et d'une électrode à air ; et une couche intermédiaire qui est disposée entre la couche d'électrolyte solide et l'électrode à air, qui s'étend vers une extrémité de chacune des piles, et qui présente une porosité supérieure à celle de la couche d'électrolyte solide. Au niveau de ladite extrémité de chacune des piles, la couche intermédiaire présente une zone mise à nu qui est mise à nu depuis l'électrode à air, et le matériau d'étanchéité est disposé sur la zone mise à nu.
(JA) 本開示におけるセルスタック装置は、複数個のセルが配列されてなるセルスタックと、複数個のセルの一端部がシール材にて固定されているとともに、複数個のセルに反応ガスを供給するためのマニホールドと、を具備している。セルは、長さ方向を有する支持基板と、支持基板上に積層された、燃料極、固体電解質層、および空気極から成る素子部と、固体電解質層と空気極との間に位置し、かつ、セルの一端部まで延びており、固体電解質層よりも高い気孔率を有する中間層と、を有している。セルの一端部において、中間層は空気極から露出する露出部を有しており、露出部上にシール材が設けられている。
