Abstract:
(EN) This power saving control device (170) is provided with: an acquisition unit (171) for acquiring a power saving request; and a control unit (172) for determining whether or not to perform power saving control for reducing the power consumption of a load device (150) in response to the power saving request, and for performing power saving control when it has been determined that power saving control is to be performed, wherein, when the load device 150 is consuming power, the control unit (172) determines that power saving control is not to be performed as one of one or more conditions in which power is not flowing from a power system (180) to a facility (110) where the load device (150) is installed.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un dispositif de commande d'économie d'énergie (170) qui est pourvu : d'une unité d'acquisition (171) pour acquérir une requête d'économie d'énergie ; d'une unité de commande (172) pour déterminer s'il faut d'exécuter ou non une commande d'économie d'énergie pour réduire la consommation d'énergie d'un dispositif de charge (150) en réponse à la requête d'économie d'énergie, et pour exécuter une commande d'économie d'énergie lorsqu'il a été déterminé que la commande d'économie d'énergie devait être exécutée. Quand le dispositif de charge (150) consomme de l'énergie, l'unité de commande (172) détermine que la commande d'économie d'énergie ne doit pas être exécutée en tant que condition parmi plusieurs conditions dans lesquelles aucun courant ne circule d'un système d'énergie (180) vers une installation (110) dans laquelle le dispositif de charge (150) est installé.
(JA) 節電制御装置(170)は、節電要請を取得する取得部(171)と、負荷機器(150)の消費電力を削減するための節電制御を節電要請に対して行うか否かを判定し、節電制御を行うと判定した場合、節電制御を行う制御部(172)とを備え、制御部(172)は、負荷機器(150)が電力を消費している場合、負荷機器(150)が設置された施設(110)へ電力系統(180)から電力が流入していないことを1以上の条件のうちの1つとして、節電制御を行わないと判定する。
