Abstract:
(EN) Invention concerns a microorganism strain Lactobacillus Plantarum LS/07 CCM 7766 and a method of its use for the purposes of adjustment and stabilization of healthy intestinal microflora of a man. Microorganism strain Lactobacillus Plantarum LS/07 CCM 7766 is isolated from a man and it is applied in the food products such as energetic cereal bars, diary and meat products and, preferably, pasteurized bryndza. The advantage of a new microorganism strain Lactobacillus Plantarum LS/07 CCM 7766 is the modulation effect of the used strain, which is manifested by the increase of the lactic fermentation bacteria and decrease of coliforms in the intestinal content of the colon. Application of the strain has effect not only on the intestinal microflora, but also on the metabolic activities with the positive effect on lipid profile. Strain Lactobacillus plantarum LS/07 CCM 7766 does not produce β-glucurinodase enzyme which can have carcinogenic effects, but it also decreases this enzyme's activity in the intestinal content, mainly during the acute or chronic inflammation of the colon.
(FR) L'invention concerne une souche de micro-organismes Lactobacillus plantarum LS/0,7 CCM 7766 et un procédé pour son utilisation à des fins de réglage et de stabilisation de la microflore intestinale saine d'un homme. La souche de micro-organismes Lactobacillus plantarum LS/0,7 CCM 7766 est isolée à partir d'un homme et elle est appliquée dans des produits alimentaires, tels que des barres de céréales énergétiques, des produits laitiers et carnés et, de préférence, le bryndza pasteurisé. L'avantage de la nouvelle souche de micro-organismes Lactobacillus plantarum LS/0,7 CCM 7766 est l'effet de modulation de la souche utilisée, qui se manifeste par l'augmentation des bactéries à fermentation lactique et la diminution des bactéries coliformes dans le contenu intestinal du côlon. L'application de la souche a un effet, non seulement sur la microflore intestinale, mais également sur les activités métaboliques avec l'effet positif sur le profil lipidique. La souche de Lactobacillus plantarum LS/0,7 CCM 7766 ne produit pas d'enzyme β-glucurinodase qui peut avoir des effets carcinogènes, mais elle diminue également l'activité de cette enzyme dans le contenu intestinal, principalement au cours d'une inflammation aiguë ou chronique du côlon.
