(FR) PROCÉDÉ DE FABRICATION D'UNE PIÈCE APTE À LA PHOSPHATATION À PARTIR D'UNE TÔLE D'ACIER REVÊTUE D'UN REVÊTEMENT MÉTALLIQUE À BASE D'ALUMINIUM
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for the manufacture of a hardened part coated with a phosphatable coating comprising the following steps: A) the provision of a steel sheet pre-coated with a metallic coating comprising from 4.0 to 20.0% by weight of zinc, from 1.0 to 3.5% by weight of silicon, optionally from 1.0 to 4.0% by weight of magnesium, and optionally additional elements chosen from Pb, Ni, Zr, or Hf, the content by weight of each additional element being less than 0.3% by weight, the balance being aluminum and unavoidable impurities and residuals elements, B) the cutting of the coated steel sheet to obtain a blank, C) the thermal treatment of the blank at a temperature between 840 and 950°C to obtain a fully austenitic microstructure in the steel, D) the transfer of the blank into a press tool, E) the hot-forming of the blank to obtain a part, F) the cooling of the part obtained at step E) in order to obtain a microstructure in steel being martensitic or martensito-bainitic or made of at least 75% of equiaxed ferrite, from 5 to 20% of martensite and bainite in amount less than or equal to 10%.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce durcie revêtue d'un revêtement apte à la phosphatation, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à : A) fournir une tôle d'acier pré-revêtue d'un revêtement métallique comprenant de 4,0 à 20,0 % en poids de zinc, de 1,0 à 3,5 % en poids de silicium, éventuellement de 1,0 à 4,0 % en poids de magnésium et éventuellement d'autres éléments choisis parmi Pb, Ni, Zr, ou Hf, la teneur en poids de chaque élément additionnel étant inférieure à 0,3 % en poids, le reste étant constitué d'aluminium, des impuretés inévitables et d'éléments résiduels ; B) découper la tôle d'acier revêtue pour obtenir une ébauche ; C) traiter thermiquement l'ébauche à une température comprise entre 840 et 950 °C pour obtenir une microstructure complètement austénitique dans l'acier ; D) transférer l'ébauche dans un outil de presse ; E) soumettre l'ébauche à un formage à chaud pour obtenir une pièce ; F) refroidir la pièce obtenue à l'étape E) de manière à obtenir une microstructure d'acier martensitique ou martensito-bainitique ou constitué d'au moins 75 % de ferrite équiaxe, de 5 à 20 % de martensite et une quantité inférieure ou égale à 10 % de bainite.
