(FR) PROCEDE DE FABRICATION D'UN PANNEAU D'ATTENUATION ACOUSTIQUE EN MATERIAU COMPOSITE A MATRICE CERAMIQUE OXYDE
Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing an acoustic attenuation panel from a composite material with a ceramic oxide matrix, comprising the following steps: a) draping a plurality of plies in a mould, said plies consisting of fibrous reinforcements comprising fibres of a ceramic material defining a first skin (19) of the acoustic attenuation panel; b) depositing a plurality of blocks (21; 21a, 21b) of a first so-called fugitive material on the first skin, such as to define at least one space (E) between two of the blocks, the corners of the blocks (21; 21a, 21b) being rounded; c) draping a plurality of plies on the surface formed by the blocks, said plies consisting of fibrous reinforcements comprising fibres of a ceramic material, such as to define a second skin (27) of the acoustic attenuation panel; d) using the corners of the blocks (21; 21a; 21b) to define radii for connecting the first and second skins with walls of the honeycomb core of the acoustic panel; e) using a liquid medium to infiltrate the skins (19, 27) and the at least one space (E) separating the blocks of fugitive material with the precursor of the ceramic phase; f) removing the liquid medium by means of evaporation or polymerisation; g) sintering the assembly at a temperature allowing consolidation of the ceramic oxide material and removal of the fugitive material.
(FR) Ce procédé de fabrication d'un panneau d'atténuation acoustique en matériau composite à matrice céramique comprend les étapes suivantes : A draper dans un moule une pluralité de plis constitués de renforts fibreux comprenant des fibres d'un matériau céramique définissant une première peau (19) du panneau d'atténuation acoustique, B déposer sur la première peau une pluralité de blocs (21; 21a, 21b) d'un premier matériau, dit matériau fugitif, de sorte à définir au moins un espace (E) entre deux desdits blocs, les coins desdits blocs (21; 21a, 21b) étant arrondis, C draper sur la surface constituée par les blocs une pluralité de plis constitués de renforts fibreux comprenant des fibres d'un matériau céramique de façon à définir une deuxième peau (27) du panneau d'atténuation acoustique, D définir, par l'intermédiaire des coins desdits blocs (21; 21a; 21b), des rayons de raccordement desdites première et deuxième peaux avec des parois d'une âme alvéolaire du panneau acoustique, E infiltrer, au moyen d'un média liquide, le précurseur de la phase céramique à travers lesdites peaux (19, 27) et dans ledit au moins un espace (E) séparant lesdits blocs de matériau fugitif, F procéder à l'élimination du média liquide par évaporation ou polymérisation, G procéder au frittage de l'ensemble, à une température permettant la consolidation du matériau céramique oxyde et l'élimination du matériau fugitif.
