(EN) The invention relates to a fluorescence microscope for incident-light fluorescent microscopy, comprising a radiation source for emitting electromagnetic radiation, the radiation source being a laser which is arranged in such a way that the emitted electromagnetic radiation is conducted through an optical diffuser, the optical diffuser being an active optical element for coherence suppression.
(FR) L’invention concerne un microscope à fluorescence destiné à la microscopie en fluorescence à lumière incidente, lequel possède une source de rayonnement servant à émettre un rayonnement électromagnétique. La source de rayonnement est un laser qui est disposé de telle sorte que le rayonnement électromagnétique émis est guidé à travers un diffuseur optique, lequel est un élément optique actif destiné à supprimer la cohérence.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Fluoreszenz-Mikroskop zur Auflicht-Fluoreszenz-Mikroskopie, das eine Strahlungsquelle zum Aussenden elektromagnetischer Strahlung aufweist, wobei die Strahlungsquelle ein Laser ist, der derart angeordnet ist, dass die ausgesandte elektromagnetische Strahlung durch einen optischen Diffusor geleitet wird, wobei der optische Diffusor ein aktives optisches Element zur Kohärenz-Unterdrückung ist.
