Abstract:
The invention relates to a sensor element (10) for detecting at least one property of a measurement gas in a measurement gas chamber, in particular for detecting a proportion of a gas component in the measurement gas or a temperature of the measurement gas, or to a micro fuel cell (µ-SOFC) (10). The sensor element (10) or the micro fuel cell (µ-SOFC) (10) comprises a carrier element (12) and at least one solid electrolyte layer (18). The solid electrolyte layer (18) is arranged on the carrier element (12). The support element (12) has at least one recess (20), so that the solid electrolyte layer (18) has at least one membrane section (22). The solid electrolyte layer (18) has at least one structuring (24) in the membrane section (22). The invention also relates to a method for producing a sensor element (10) for detecting at least one property of a measurement gas in a measurement gas chamber or for producing a micro fuel cell (µ-SOFC).
