Abstract:
A display panel and a manufacturing method therefor, a drive method and a display device. The display panel comprises: a first substrate (21) and a second substrate (22) which are arranged opposite to each other, and a liquid crystal layer (23) located between the first substrate (21) and the second substrate (22). The first substrate (21) comprises a first base substrate (210), and a plurality of first wire grating polarizers (211) in an array arrangement and a plurality of pixel units (214), which are successively located at the side of the first base substrate (210) facing towards the second substrate (22), wherein each of the plurality of pixel units (214) comprises at least three sub-pixel units; each of the plurality of first wire grating polarizers (211) corresponds to one sub-pixel unit, and polarizing directions of two adjacent first wire grating polarizers (211) are perpendicular; or, each of the plurality of first wire grating polarizers (211) corresponds to one pixel unit (214), and polarizing directions of two adjacent first wire grating polarizers (211) are perpendicular. The second substrate (22) comprises a second base substrate (220), and a plurality of second wire grating polarizers (221) in an array arrangement which is located on the side of the second base substrate (220) facing towards the first substrate (21), wherein each of the plurality of second wire grating polarizers (221) corresponds to one first wire grating polarizer (211), and polarizing directions of two adjacent second wire grating polarizers (221) are perpendicular. During 3D display, there is no stripy picture sense on a display device, so that the stereoscopic sense of a 3D display picture is stronger, and telepresence is more realistic; in addition, there is no need to attach a polaroid and a phase-delay membrane, so as to reduce the thickness of a module and reduce production costs.
