Abstract:
(EN) [Solution] A pipe reinforcement device that extends the creep fatigue life of a cylindrical pipe for passing steam obtained by heating water using combustion heat of a boiler is provided with: a first reinforcement member which has a shape that makes surface contact with the outer peripheral surface of one half of the circumference of the pipe and which becomes thinner towards both ends in the direction along the longitudinal direction of the pipe; a second reinforcement member which has a shape that makes surface contact with the outer peripheral surface of the other half of the circumference of the pipe and which becomes thinner towards both ends in the direction along the longitudinal direction of the pipe; and a bonding member which bonds the first reinforcement member and the second reinforcement member with the pipe held therebetween.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de renforcement de tuyau qui prolonge la durée de vie face à une fatigue due au fluage d'un tuyau cylindrique au travers duquel passe une vapeur obtenue par chauffage d'une eau au moyen de la chaleur de combustion d'une chaudière. Le dispositif de l'invention est équipé : d'un premier élément de renforcement qui présente une forme en contact facial avec une face périphérique externe d'une moitié de circonférence sur ledit tuyau, et dont l'épaisseur diminue en se dirigeant vers les deux extrémités d'une direction suivant la direction longitudinale dudit tuyau; d'un second élément de renforcement qui présente une forme en contact facial avec une face périphérique externe de l'autre moitié de circonférence sur ledit tuyau, et dont l'épaisseur diminue en se dirigeant vers les deux extrémités de la direction suivant la direction longitudinale dudit tuyau; et d'un élément liaison qui enserre ledit tuyau et lie le premier et le second élément de renforcement.
(JA) 【解決手段】ボイラの燃焼熱を用いて水を加熱することによって得られる蒸気が通過する円筒型の配管のクリープ疲労寿命を延伸させる配管の補強装置であって、前記配管における一方の半周分の外周面に対して面接触する形状を呈し、前記配管の長手方向に沿う方向の両端に向かうにつれて肉厚が薄くなる第1補強部材と、前記配管における他方の半周分の外周面に対して面接触する形状を呈し、前記配管の長手方向に沿う方向の両端に向かうにつれて肉厚が薄くなる第2補強部材と、前記配管を挟んで前記第1補強部材及び前記第2補強部材を結合する結合部材と、を備える。
