Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a gas valve for metering a gaseous fuel into an intake tract of a combustion engine, comprising an electromagnet (1) and a reciprocating armature (2) which interacts with the electromagnet (1) and is acted upon, in the direction of a valve seat element (3) in which there is formed at least one throughflow opening (4), by the spring force of at least one closing spring (5). According to the invention, the armature (2) is designed as a disk and has a sealing face (6) that interacts with the throughflow opening (4), such that the armature (2) can simultaneously be used as a reciprocating sealing element, wherein the armature (2) possesses at least one recess (7) and/or geometry (8) via which the armature (2) is guided, centered and/or prevented from rotating.
(FR) L'invention concerne une soupape à gaz servant à injecter de manière dosée un combustible gazeux dans une ligne d'admission d'un moteur à combustion interne. Cette soupape à gaz comprend un électroaimant (1) et une armature (2) à mouvement de va-et-vient coopérant avec l'électroaimant (1), laquelle armature est soumise à l'action de la force d'au moins un ressort de fermeture (5) en direction d'un élément de siège de soupape (3) dans lequel est ménagée au moins une ouverture de passage (4). Selon l'invention, l'armature (2) se présente sous la forme d'un disque et présente une surface d'étanchéité (6) coopérant avec l'ouverture de passage (4), de sorte que l'armature (2) peut servir également d'élément d'étanchéité à mouvement de va-et-vient, ladite armature (2) présentant au moins un évidement (7) et/ou un élément de géométrie (8) par l'intermédiaire duquel l'armature (2) est guidée, centrée et/ou bloquée en rotation.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gasventil zum Eindosieren eines gasförmigen Brennstoffs in einen Ansaugtrakt einer Verbrennungskraftmaschine, umfassend einen Elektromagneten (1) und einen mit dem Elektromagneten (1) zusammenwirkenden hubbeweglichen Anker (2), der in Richtung eines Ventilsitzelements (3), in dem mindestens eine Durchströmöffnung (4) ausgebildet ist, von der Federkraft mindestens einer Schließfeder (5) beaufschlagt ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist der Anker (2) als Scheibe ausgebildet und weist eine mit der Durchströmöffnung (4) zusammenwirkende Dichtfläche(6) auf, so dass der Anker (2) zugleich als hubbewegliches Dichtelement einsetzbar ist, wobei der Anker (2) mindestens eine Ausnehmung (7) und/oder Geometrie (8) besitzt, über welche der Anker (2) geführt, zentriert und/oder gegen Verdrehen gesichert ist.
