(KO) 경량화 인조대리석 및 이의 제조방법
Abstract:
(EN) An artificial marble of the present invention comprises: a surface layer comprising first particles having an average diameter of approximately 0.1-1.5 mm and a specific gravity of approximately 2-3, and second particles having an average diameter of approximately 1-45 μm and a specific gravity of approximately 2-3; and an inner layer formed on one surface of the surface layer, and comprising third particles having an average diameter of approximately 2-6 mm and a specific gravity of approximately 0.1-1.5. The surface layer and the inner layer of the artificial marble share a matrix, and thus interlayer adhesive strength is excellent and a step for attaching the surface layer and the inner layer to each other is unnecessary.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un marbre artificiel qui comprend : une couche de surface comprenant des premières particules ayant un diamètre moyen d'environ 0,1-1,5 mm et une densité relative d'environ 2-3, et des deuxièmes particules ayant un diamètre moyen d'environ 1-45 µm et une densité relative d'environ 2-3; et une couche interne formée sur une surface de la couche de surface, et comprenant des troisièmes particules ayant un diamètre moyen d'environ 2-6 mm et une densité relative d'environ 0,1-1.5. La couche de surface et la couche interne du marbre artificiel partagent une matrice, et ainsi la résistance d'adhérence intercouche est excellente et l'étape consistant à fixer la couche de surface et la couche interne l'une à l'autre n'est pas nécessaire.
(KO) 본 발명의 인조대리석은 평균 입경 약 0. 1 내지 약 1.5 mm, 비중 약 2 내지 약 3인 제 1 입자 및 평균 입경 약 1 내지 약 45 μm, 비중 약 2 내지 약 3인 제 2 입자를 포함하는 표면층; 및 상기 표면층의 일면에 형성되며, 평균 입경 약 2 내지 약 6 mm, 비중 약 0. 1 내지 약 1.5인 제 3 입자를 포함하는 내부층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 인조대리석은 표면층과 내부층이 매트릭스를 공유하여,층간 접착력이 우수하고, 표면층과 내부층의 접착 공정이 필요 없다.
