Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an electric tool control method for tightening a nut by providing intermittent pulse torque after the nut is seated, wherein an electric motor is used as a means for providing the pulse torque, and the method comprises the steps of: setting a plurality of pulse torques in consideration of a final target torque; supplying, to the electric motor, pulse currents corresponding to the pulse torque so as to sequentially provide the pulse torque; detecting a measured torque applied to the nut by using a torque sensor; and calculating an error by comparing the detected measured torque and the set pulse torque, wherein, in the supplying step, initial values of the respective pulse currents correspond to final values of immediately previously supplied pulse currents, and the final values can change through the reflection of the error.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de commande d'outil électrique permettant de serrer un écrou par le fait de délivrer un couple d'impulsion intermittent après que l'écrou est logé, un moteur électrique étant utilisé comme moyen pour délivrer le couple d'impulsion, et lequel procédé comprenant les étapes consistant : à établir une pluralité de couples d'impulsion en considération d'un couple cible final; à délivrer au moteur électrique des courants d'impulsion correspondant au couple d'impulsion de manière à délivrer de façon séquentielle le couple d'impulsion; à détecter un couple mesuré appliqué à l'écrou à l'aide d'un capteur de couple; et à calculer une erreur par la comparaison du couple de mesure détecté et du couple d'impulsion établi, et, dans l'étape de délivrance, des valeurs initiales des courants d'impulsion respectifs correspondant à des valeurs finales de courants d'impulsion délivrés immédiatement précédemment, et les valeurs finales pouvant changer par la réflexion de l'erreur.
(KO) 너트가 착좌된 이후 간헐적인 펄스 토크를 제공하여 상기 너트를 조여 주되, 상기 펄스 토크의 제공 수단으로 전동 모터를 사용하는 전동 공구의 제어 방법에 있어서, 최종적인 목표 토크를 고려하여 복수의 상기 펄스 토크를 설정하는 단계; 상기 펄스 토크를 순차적으로 제공하기 위해 이에 대응되는 펄스 전류를 상기 전동 모터에 공급하는 단계; 토크 센서를 이용하여 상기 너트에 가해지는 측정 토크를 검출하는 단계; 및 검출된 상기 측정 토크와 설정된 상기 펄스 토크를 비교하여 오차를 연산하는 단계;를 포함하며, 상기 공급하는 단계에서 각각의 상기 펄스 전류의 최초값은 바로 이전 공급된 펄스 전류의 최종값과 일치하며, 상기 최종값은 상기 오차를 반영하여 변동 가능한 전동 공구의 제어 방법을 제공한다.
