Abstract:
(EN) This fuel cell (10) is provided with: a fuel electrode (20); an air electrode (50); and a solid electrolyte layer (30) disposed between the fuel electrode (20) and the air electrode (50). The air electrode (50) includes, as a main component, a perovskite-type oxide which is represented by the general formula ABO3, and which includes La and/or Sr at A sites. The air electrode (50) is provided with a surface region (52) which is within 5 µm from the surface (50S) at the opposite side to the solid electrolyte layer (30). The surface region (52) includes: a main phase formed from the perovskite-type oxide; and a second phase formed from strontium oxide. The area occupancy of the second phase in a cross section of the surface region (52) is at least 0.05%, but not more than 3%.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une pile à combustible (10) qui est pourvue : d'une électrode à combustible (20) ; d'une électrode à air (50) ; et d'une couche d'électrolyte solide (30) disposée entre l'électrode à combustible (20) et l'électrode à air (50). L'électrode à air (50) comprend, comme composant principal, un oxyde de type pérovskite qui est représenté par la formule générale ABO3, et qui comprend du lanthane (La) et/ou du strontium (Sr) au niveau de sites (A). L'électrode à air (50) est pourvue d'une région de surface (52) qui se trouve à moins de 5 µm de la surface (50S) au niveau du côté opposé à la couche d'électrolyte solide (30). La région de surface (52) comprend : une phase principale formée à partir de l'oxyde de type pérovskite ; et une seconde phase formée à partir d'oxyde de strontium. La surface d'occupation de la seconde phase dans une section transversale de la région de surface (52) fait au moins 0,05 % mais pas plus de 3 %.
