Abstract:
(EN) The objective of the present invention is to provide a mobile image capturing device and a mobile image capturing method with which it is possible for high-quality images that can be used for inspections to be acquired efficiently over a wide area without the need for a large-scale device. A mobile image capturing device (10) according to a mode of embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a camera (202); a mobile body (101); a resolution calculating unit (128) which calculates the resolution of an inspection image; a determining unit (134) which determines whether or not the resolution is equal to or greater than a required resolution required to inspect an object to be inspected with the required precision; a pan-tilt control unit (122) which, if the determining unit (134) has determined that the calculated resolution is equal to or greater than the required resolution, causes a pan-tilt mechanism to be activated; a mobile body control unit (106) which, if it is determined that, upon activation of the pan-tilt mechanism, the resolution has dropped below the required resolution, causes the mobile body (101) to move; and an image-capture control unit (204) which, if the resolution is determined to be equal to or greater than the required resolution, causes the camera (202) to capture images of the object to be inspected.

Un dispositif de capture d’image mobile (10), selon un mode d’un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, est pourvu : d'une caméra (202) ; d'un corps mobile (101) ; d'une unité de calcul de résolution (128) qui calcule la résolution d’une image d’inspection ; d'une unité de détermination (134) qui détermine si la résolution est égale ou supérieure ou non à une résolution requise, requise pour inspecter un objet à inspecter avec la précision requise ; d'une unité de commande de panoramique horizontal-vertical (122) qui, si l’unité de détermination (134) a déterminé que la résolution calculée est égale ou supérieure à la résolution requise, amène un mécanisme de panoramique horizontal-vertical à être activé ; d'une unité de commande de corps mobile (106) qui, s’il est déterminé que, lors de l’activation du mécanisme de panoramique horizontal-vertical, la résolution est tombée au-dessous de la résolution requise, amène le corps mobile (101) à se déplacer ; d'une unité de commande de capture d’image (204) qui, si la résolution est déterminée comme étant égale ou supérieure à la résolution requise, amène la caméra (202) à capturer des images de l’objet à inspecter.
