Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a method for using acellular protein synthesis to produce rubber particles to which a membrane-binding protein is bound. The present invention is a production method for rubber particles to which a membrane-binding protein is bound, the production method including a step wherein rubber particles are combined with an acellular-protein-synthesis solution that includes mRNA that codes for a membrane-binding protein, protein synthesis is conducted, and the membrane-binding protein is bound to the rubber particles.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'utilisation de synthèse de protéine acellulaire destiné à produire des particules de caoutchouc auxquelles est liée une protéine de liaison de membrane. La présente invention décrit un procédé de production de particules de caoutchouc auxquelles est liée une protéine de liaison de membrane, le procédé de production comprenant une étape dans laquelle des particules de caoutchouc sont combinées avec une solution de synthèse de protéine acellulaire qui comprend un ARNm qui code pour une protéine de liaison de membrane, une synthèse protéique est effectuée, et la protéine de liaison de membrane est liée aux particules de caoutchouc.
