Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a work extraction device capable of easily and safely neutralizing static electricity generated when a molding (work) is extracted from a mold in a molding machine; and an injection molding machine using the same. A chuck section 10 is provided with: work gripping means 14 that grip a work 3 and that extract it from a mold; an X-ray cover portion 13 that surrounds the work gripping means 14; and an X-ray radiating unit 12 that is provided inside the X-ray cover portion 13 and that radiates X-rays onto the surface of the mold 21, toward the work 3.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'extraction de pièce capable de neutraliser facilement et en toute sécurité l'électricité statique produite lorsqu'un moulage (pièce) est extrait d'un moule dans une machine de moulage ; et une machine de moulage par injection l'utilisant. Une section mandrin (10) est pourvue : de moyens de préhension de pièce (14) qui saisissent une pièce (3) et qui l'extraient d'un moule ; d'une partie de protection contre les rayons X (13) qui entoure les moyens de préhension de pièce (14) ; et d'une d'unité émettrice de rayons X (12) qui est prévue à l'intérieur de la partie de protection contre les rayons X (13) et qui émet des rayons X sur la surface du moule (21), vers la pièce (3).
(JA) 成形品(ワーク)を成形機の成形金型から取出す際に発生する静電気を簡単かつ安全に除電できるワーク取出装置と、それを用いた射出成形機を提供する。 チャック部10は、ワーク3を捕捉して成形金型から取り出すワーク捕捉手段14と、このワーク捕捉手段14を包囲するX線カバー部13と、このX線カバー部13の内部に設けられ、ワーク3に向けて成形金型21の表面にX線を照射するX線照射部12とを備えている。
