Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Abgasturbolader für einen Verbrennungsmotor (1) mit einer Turbine (2) und einem mit dieser mittels einer Welle verbundenen Verdichterrad (4) sowie mit einer Wastegate-Einrichtung (8), die einen Wastegate-Aktuator(5), eine um eine Rotationsachse (6) drehbare Wastegate-Antriebswelle (7) sowie eine an dieser befestigte und um die Rotationsachse schwenkbare Klappe (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d, 20e, 20f,20g) mit einer Deckfläche (9) zum potenziellen Freigeben und Verschließen einer Wastegate- Öffnung (10a) aufweist, wobei die Wastegate-Klappe und die durch diese verschließbare Wastegate-Öffnung (10a) derart gestaltet sind, dass der Abstand des Flächenschwerpunkts (11, 1a) der die Wastegate-Öffnung abdeckenden Deckfläche (9) der Wastegate-Klappe von der Rotationsachse (6) kleiner ist als der Radius einer bei gleichem Flächeninhalt kreisförmigen Fläche.
(EN) The invention relates to an exhaust-gas turbocharger for an internal combustion engine (1), having a turbine (2), having a compressor wheel (4), which is connected to said turbine by way of a shaft, and having a wastegate device (8), which wastegate device has a wastegate actuator (5), has a wastegate drive shaft (7) rotatable about an axis of rotation (6), and has a flap (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d, 20e, 20f, 20g) which is fastened to said drive shaft and which is pivotable about the axis of rotation and which has a covering surface (9) for potentially opening up and closing off a wastegate opening (10a), wherein the wastegate flap and the wastegate opening (10a) that can be closed off by way of said wastegate flap are designed such that the spacing from the centre of area (11, 1a) of the covering surface (9), which covers the wastegate opening, of the wastegate flap to the axis of rotation (6) is smaller than the radius of a circular surface of equal surface area.
(FR) L'invention concerne un turbocompresseur à gaz d'échappement destiné à un moteur à combustion interne (1), comportant une turbine (2) et une roue de compresseur ((4) reliée à la turbine au moyen d'un arbre, ainsi qu'un ensemble soupape de décharge (8) qui présente un actionneur (5) de soupape de décharge, un arbre d'entraînement (7) de soupape de décharge pouvant tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (6), ainsi qu'un clapet (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d, 20e, 20f, 20g) fixé audit arbre et pivotant autour de l'axe de rotation, et muni d'une surface de recouvrement (9) pour éventuellement dégager ou fermer un orifice (10a) de soupape de décharge. Le clapet de soupape de décharge et l'orifice (10a) de soupape de décharge fermé par le clapet sont conçus de telle manière que la distance entre le centre de gravité (11, 11a) de la surface de recouvrement (9) du clapet de soupape de décharge recouvrant l'orifice de soupape de décharge et l'axe de rotation (6) est plus petite que le rayon d'une surface circulaire pour une même étendue de surface.
