Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a conductive polymer composition, a conductive polymer sheet, an electrical device and preparation methods therefor. The conductive polymer composition of the present invention comprises a polymer powder and a conductive powder at a volume ratio of 35 : 65 to 65 : 35, wherein the polymer comprises at least one semi-crystalline polymer selected from polyolefins, a copolymer of at least one olefin and at least one non-olefin monomer copolymerizable therewith and a thermoformable fluorine-containing polymer; the conductive powder comprises at least one powder of a transition metal carbide, a transition metal silicon carbide, a transition metal aluminium carbide and a transition metal tin carbide; and the size distribution of the conductive powder satisfies: 20 > D100/D50 > 6, wherein D50 represents the corresponding particle size when the cumulative particle size distribution percentage in the conductive powder reaches 50%, and D100 represents the maximum particle size. The conductive polymer composition has an excellent processing performance, and can be used for preparing a PPTC device with an ultralow resistance which can be stable in air without an oxygen barrier coating.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition polymère conductrice, une feuille de polymère conducteur, un dispositif électrique et des procédés de préparation associés. La composition polymère conductrice de la présente invention comprend une poudre de polymère et une poudre conductrice dans un rapport volumique de 35:65 à 65:35, le polymère comprenant au moins un polymère semi-cristallin choisi parmi les polyoléfines, un copolymère d'au moins une oléfine et d'au moins un monomère non-oléfine copolymérisable avec celui-ci et un polymère contenant du fluor thermoformable; la poudre conductrice comprenant au moins une poudre d'un carbure de métal de transition, d'un carbure de silicium et de métal de transition, d'un carbure d'aluminium et de métal de transition et d'un carbure d'étain et de métal de transition; et la distribution granulométrique de la poudre conductrice satisfaisant : 20 > D100/D50 > 6, dans laquelle D50 représente la taille de particule correspondante lorsque le pourcentage de distribution granulométrique cumulé dans la poudre conductrice atteint 50 %, et D100 représente la taille de particule maximale. La composition polymère conductrice présente une excellente performance de traitement, et peut être utilisée pour préparer un dispositif PPTC ayant une résistance ultra faible qui peut être stable à l'air sans revêtement formant barrière à l'oxygène.
(ZH) 本发明提供一种导电聚合物组合物、导电聚合物片材、电气器件以及它们的制备方法。本发明的导电聚合物组合物包含体积比为35∶65至65∶35的聚合物粉末和导电粉末,其中所述聚合物包括至少一种选自聚烯烃类、至少一种烯烃与至少一种可与其共聚合的非烯烃单体的共聚物和可热成型含氟聚合物的半结晶聚合物,所述导电粉末包括过渡金属碳化物、过渡金属碳硅化物、过渡金属碳铝化物和过渡金属碳锡化物中的至少一种粉末,并且所述导电粉末的尺寸分布满足:20>D100/D50>6,其中D50表示导电粉末中的累计粒度分布百分比达到50%时所对应的粒径,D100表示最大粒径。所述导电聚合物组合物具有优异的加工性能,可以用于制备无需氧气阻隔涂层就可在空气中稳定的超低电阻PPTC器件。
