Abstract:
(EN) A mask plate (100, 200), a manufacturing method therefor, and an OLED device packaging method. The mask plate (100, 200) comprises a hollowed area (110, 210) and a non-hollowed area (120, 220) surrounding the hollowed area. The mask plate further comprises at least one strip-shaped semi-hollowed area (130, 230), the semi-hollowed area being disposed in the hollowed area and connected to the non-hollowed area end to end. Adopting the mask plate can improve the bending performance of the packaged part of a flexible OLED device.
(FR) L'invention concerne une plaque de masque (100, 200), son procédé de fabrication, et un procédé d'encapsulation de dispositif OLED. La plaque de masque (100, 200) comprend une zone évidée (110, 210) et une zone non évidée (120, 220) entourant la zone évidée. La plaque de masque comprend en outre au moins une zone semi-creuse en forme de bande (130, 230), la zone semi-creuse étant disposée dans la zone creuse et reliée à la zone non évidée de bout en bout. L'adoption de la plaque de masque permet d'améliorer la performance de pliage de la partie sous boîtier d'un dispositif OLED flexible.
(ZH) 一种掩膜板(100,200)及其制造方法、OLED器件封装方法,该掩膜板(100,200)包括镂空区(110,210)以及围绕该镂空区设置的非镂空区(120,220);还包括至少一带状半镂空区(130,230),该半镂空区设置在该镂空区中,且首尾分别连接该非镂空区。采用该掩膜板,能增强柔性OLED器件封装部分的弯折性能。
