Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to the field of biotechnology and medicine, and more particularly to technology for the production of implantable medical devices (stents) containing organic lanthanum compound-based X-ray contrast agents, which are distributed in the coating composition of such devices. The aim of the present invention is to produce on the surface of polymeric biodegradable vascular stents and other polymeric implants a biocompatible (inter alia biodegradable) polymer coating containing Glycolan, which, by virtue of the inclusion conditions, provides a satisfactory X-ray contrast not only during the process of installing a stent in a patient, but also after installation, while also providing an additional positive effect as a result of the therapeutic properties of Glycolan.
(FR) L'invention concerne le domaine de la biotechnologie et de la médecine et notamment une technologie de production de dispositifs médicaux implantables (endoprothèses) qui contiennent des substances opaques aux rayons X à base de composés organiques de lanthane qui sont répartis dans la masse du revêtement. Le but de l'invention consiste à obtenir un revêtement polymère biocompatible (y compris biodégradable) qui comprend du glycolane à la surface d'endoprothèses vasculaires biodégradables polymères, ce qui assure grâce aux conditions d'inclusion une radio-opacité satisfaisante non seulement pendant la pose de l'endoprothèse chez le patient mais aussi après celle-ci, et crée en outre un effet positif durable grâce aux propriétés thérapeutiques du glycolane.
(RU) Изобретение относится к области биотехнологии и медицины, а именно к технологии получения медицинских имплантируемых устройств (стентов), содержащих рентгеноконтрастные вещества на основе органических соединений лантана, распределенные в составе их покрытия. Задачей данного изобретения является получение биосовместимого (в том числе, биоразлагаемого) полимерного покрытия с включенным гликоланом на поверхности полимерных биодеградируемых сосудистых стентов и других полимерных имплантатов, что обеспечивает за счет условий включения удовлетворительную рентгеноконтрастность не только во время процедуры установки стента пациенту, но и после установки, и одновременно обеспечивает дополнительный положительный эффект за счет терапевтических свойств гликолана.
