Abstract

Provided are: a cemented carbide having excellent plastic deformation resistance; and a cutting tool manufactured by using the cemented carbide as a base member. A cemented carbide provided with a hard phase containing tungsten carbide particles and a binder phase containing an iron-group element as the main component, wherein the formula: B/A ≤ 0.05 is satisfied. In the formula, A represents the number of the tungsten carbide particles; and B represents the number of specific tungsten carbide particles contained in the tungsten carbide particles, wherein the specific tungsten carbide particles have such a property that the number of contact points between each of the specific tungsten carbide particles and another tungsten carbide particle is 1 or less. It is preferred that the iron-group element comprises cobalt and the content of cobalt in the cemented carbide is 8% by mass or more. It is also preferred that the tungsten carbide particles have an average particle diameter of 3 μm or more.

L'invention concerne : un carbure cémenté ayant une excellente résistance à la déformation plastique ; et un outil de coupe fabriqué en utilisant le carbure cémenté en tant qu'élément de base. Un carbure cémenté est pourvu d'une phase dure contenant des particules de carbure de tungstène et d'une phase de liant contenant un élément du groupe du fer comme composant principal, satisfaisant la formule B/A ≤ 0,05. Dans la formule, A représente le nombre de particules de carbure de tungstène et B représente le nombre de particules de carbure de tungstène spécifique contenues dans les particules de carbure de tungstène, les particules de carbure de tungstène spécifique ayant une propriété telle que le nombre de points de contact entre chacune des particules de carbure de tungstène spécifique et une autre particule de carbure de tungstène est inférieur ou égal à 1. Il est préférable que l'élément du groupe du fer soit le cobalt et que la teneur en cobalt dans le carbure cémenté soit de 8 % en masse ou plus. Il est également préférable que les particules de carbure de tungstène aient un diamètre moyen de particule de 3 µm ou plus.

耐塑性変形性に優れた超硬合金、および、この超硬合金を基材として用いた切削工具を提供する。炭化タングステン粒子を含む硬質相と、鉄族元素を主成分とする結合相とを備える超硬合金であって、炭化タングステン粒子の粒子数をA、他の炭化タングステン粒子との接触点の点数が1点以下の炭化タングステン粒子の粒子数をBとするとき、B/A≦0.05を満たす超硬合金。鉄族元素はコバルトを含み、コバルトの含有量は超硬合金中において8質量%以上であることが好ましい。炭化タングステン粒子の平均粒径は3μm以上であることが好ましい。
