Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a float glass sheet having a boron- and lithium- free glass composition comprising the following in weight percentage, expressed with respect to the total weight of glass : 65 ≤ SiO2 ≤ 78 % 5 ≤ Na2O ≤ 20 % 1 ≤ K2O < 8 % 1≤ Al2O3 < 6 % 2 ≤ CaO < 10 % 0 < MgO ≤ 8 %; K2O/(K2O+Na2O) ratio which is from 0.1 to 0.7; characterized in that the glass sheet has : Formula (I). The invention corresponds to an easy chemically-temperable soda-silica type glass composition, which is more suited for mass production than aluminosilicate glass, and therefore is available at low cost, and with a base glass /matrix composition that is close to or very similar to compositions already used in existing mass production, and finally which shows reduced or controlled increased warping effect.
(FR) L'invention concerne une feuille de verre flotté ayant une composition de verre sans bore ni lithium comprenant les éléments suivants, en pourcentage en poids, exprimés par rapport au poids total du verre : 65 ≤ SiO2≤ 78 %; 5 ≤ Na2O ≤ 20 %; 1 ≤ K2O < 8 %; 1≤ Al2O3 < 6 %; 2 ≤ CaO < 10 %; 0 < MgO ≤ 8 %; et un rapport K2O/(K2O+Na2O) de 0,1 à 0,7; caractérisée en ce que la feuille de verre répond à : Formule (I). L'invention correspond à une composition de verre du type silico-sodo-calcique facile à obtenir par trempe chimique, qui se prête mieux à la production de masse que le verre aluminosilicate, et est, par conséquent, disponible à faible coût, avec une composition verre de base/matrice qui est proche ou très similaire aux compositions déjà utilisées dans les procédés de production de masse existants, et qui enfin présente un effet de déformation réduit ou un effet de déformation accru contrôlé.
