Provided are a liquid crystal panel and a driving method therefor. The method comprises: providing a liquid crystal panel (S100), where the liquid crystal panel comprises a pixel unit array of M rows × N columns, wherein each pixel unit consists sequentially a red subpixel unit, a green subpixel unit, and a blue subpixel unit, thus allowing the liquid crystal panel to comprise a subpixel unit array of M rows × 3N columns; executing a divide operation with respect to the subpixel unit array (S200); providing a higher grayscale value, BH, to the first subpixel unit in each color subpixel pair, and providing a lower grayscale value, BL, to the second blue subpixel unit in each color pixel unit pair (S300), thus allowing the brightness curve of each color subpixel unit viewed at an angle to approach a predetermined gamma curve. The liquid crystal panel and the driving method therefor are capable of reducing color shifts produced when viewing the liquid crystal panel either from a side or at an angle.

L’invention concerne un panneau à cristaux liquides et son procédé de commande. Le procédé consiste : à fournir un panneau à cristaux liquides (S100), le panneau à cristaux liquides comprenant un réseau d’unités de pixel de M rangées x N colonnes, chaque unité de pixel comprenant séquentiellement une unité de sous-pixel rouge, une unité de sous-pixel vert, et une unité de sous-pixel bleu, permettant ainsi au panneau à cristaux liquides de comprendre un réseau d’unités de sous-pixel de M rangées x 3N colonnes ; à exécuter une opération de division par rapport au réseau d’unités de sous-pixel (S200) ; à fournir une valeur d’échelle de gris (BH) supérieure à la première unité de sous-pixel dans chaque paire de sous-pixels de couleur, et à fournir une valeur d’échelle de gris inférieure (BL) à la seconde unité de sous-pixel bleu dans chaque paire d’unités de pixel de couleur (S300), permettant ainsi à la courbe de luminosité de chaque unité de sous-pixel de couleur visualisée à un angle de se rapprocher d’une courbe gamma prédéterminée. Le panneau à cristaux liquides et son procédé de commande sont susceptibles de réduire les décalages de couleur produits lors de la visualisation du panneau à cristaux liquides soit à partir d’un côté soit au niveau d’un angle.
