The present invention provides a negative electrode active material for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary cell having negative electrode active material particles, the negative electrode active material particles having a silicon compound (SiOx; where 0.5 ≤ x ≤ 1.6) containing a Li compound, wherein the negative electrode active material for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary cell is characterized in that: the silicon compound has a carbon coating formed at least partially thereon; the negative electrode active material particles include a coating comprising a compound having a boron-fluorine bond and/or a compound having a phosphorus-fluorine bond on at least a part of the surface of the silicon compound, the carbon coating, or both; and the negative electrode active material particles contain elemental boron or elemental phosphorus in a range of 10 mass ppm to 10,000 mass ppm in relation to the total amount of the negative electrode active material particles. A negative electrode active material for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary cell with which it is possible to increase cell capacity and improve cycle characteristics and initial cell efficiency is thereby provided.

La présente invention concerne un matériau actif d'électrode négative pour une batterie secondaire à électrolyte non aqueux ayant des particules de matériau actif d'électrode négative, les particules de matériau actif d'électrode négative ayant un composé de silicium (SiOx ; où 0,5 ≤ x ≤ 1,6) contenant un composé de Li, lequel matériau actif d'électrode négative pour une batterie secondaire à électrolyte non aqueux est caractérisé en ce que : le composé de silicium a un revêtement de carbone formé au moins partiellement sur celle-ci ; les particules de matériau actif d'électrode négative comprennent un revêtement comprenant un composé ayant une liaison de bore-fluor et/ou un composé ayant une liaison de phosphore-fluor sur au moins une partie de la surface du composé de silicium, du revêtement de carbone, ou les deux ; et les particules de matériau actif d'électrode négative contiennent du bore élémentaire ou du phosphore élémentaire dans une plage de 10 ppm en masse à 10 000 ppm en masse par rapport à la quantité totale de particules de matériau actif d'électrode négative. Un matériau actif d'électrode négative pour une batterie secondaire à électrolyte non aqueux avec lequel il est possible d'augmenter la capacité de la batterie et d'améliorer les caractéristiques de cycle et d'efficacité de batterie initiale est ainsi obtenu.

本発明は、負極活物質粒子を有し、負極活物質粒子はLi化合物が含まれるケイ素化合物(SiO:0.5≦x≦1.6)を有する非水電解質二次電池用負極活物質であって、ケイ素化合物は、少なくとも一部に炭素被膜が形成されたものであり、負極活物質粒子は、ケイ素化合物若しくは炭素被膜又はその両方の表面の少なくとも一部に、ホウ素-フッ素結合を有する化合物及びリン-フッ素結合を有する化合物のうち少なくとも1種からなる被膜を含み、負極活物質粒子は、ホウ素元素またはリン元素が、負極活物質粒子の総量に対して10質量ppm~10000質量ppmの範囲で含まれるものであることを特徴とする非水電解質二次電池用負極活物質である。これにより、電池容量を増加させ、サイクル特性、電池初期効率を向上させることが可能な非水電解質二次電池用負極活物質が提供される。
