Abstract:
(EN) Method and plant (1) for the thermal treatment of friction elements (2) including a convective heating step which is performed within a convective tunnel oven (5); wherein the friction elements are arranged laid, in an orderly manner, upon a plurality of trays (16) each having a perforated resting plate (18) upon which the friction elements (2) are laid in a position next to one another only, but not overlapped; and wherein the trays (16) are piled up on top of each other whilst being kept distanced from one another in a stacking direction by an amount that is greater than the thickness of the friction elements; groups (19) of piled up trays containing the friction elements being arranged side by side on belt conveyor means (10) that pass through the tunnel oven (5) such as to transport the friction elements (2) through the tunnel oven.
(FR) Procédé et installation (1) pour le traitement thermique d'éléments de friction (2) comprenant une étape de chauffage par convection qui est effectuée dans un four tunnel à convection (5) ; les éléments de friction sont agencés posés, de manière ordonnée, sur une pluralité de plateaux (16) ayant chacun une plaque d'appui perforée (18) sur laquelle les éléments de friction (2) sont posés dans une position les uns à côtés des autres seulement, mais ne se chevauchent pas ; et les plateaux (16) sont empilés les uns sur les autres tout en étant maintenus à une certaine distance les uns des autres dans une direction d'empilage d'une quantité qui est supérieure à l'épaisseur des éléments de friction ; des groupes (19) de plateaux empilés contenant les éléments de friction agencés côte à côte sur des moyens de formant transporteur à bande (10) qui passent à travers le four tunnel (5) de manière à transporter les éléments de friction (2) dans le four tunnel.
