The proposed group of inventions relates to programme control devices and can be used as a control element (foot-operated manipulator) for controlling electronic devices. The claimed manipulator for controlling an electronic device contains a body with surfaces for supporting an operator's feet and with projecting surfaces which are intended to be mounted on a horizontal surface; wherein the body incorporates a unit for processing and receiving/transmitting data to an electronic device, said unit being connected to said electronic device by means of a wired or wireless connection; the body is designed in the form of a hollow pipe, which is closed at both ends; the projecting surfaces, which are intended to be mounted on a horizontal surface, are designed in the form of rolling wheels which are rigidly fastened outside the body symmetrically in relation to the centre of the body, between the surfaces for supporting the operator's feet or in the centre of the body; wherein a cavity of the body additionally has mounted therein a sensor unit for detecting motion of the body, said sensor unit being functionally connected to the unit for processing and receiving/transmitting data to the electronic device; and the manipulator is designed so as to be capable of rolling and/or tilting relative to a horizontal axis.

Le groupe d'inventions se rapporte au domaine des dispositifs de commande programmée, et peut être utilisé comme élément de commande (manipulateur à pied) pour commander des dispositifs électroniques. Ce manipulateur pour commander un dispositif électronique comprend un corps avec des surfaces de support des pieds d'un opérateur et des surfaces protubérantes pour l'installation sur une surface horizontale; dans le corps est montée une unité de traitement et de réception/transmission de données sur le dispositif électronique, qui est connectée à celui-ci par une connexion filaire ou sans fil; le corps se présente sous forme d'un tube creux fermé des deux côtés; les surfaces protubérantes pour l'installation sur une surface horizontale se présentent sous forme de roues qui sont fixées rigidement à l'extérieur du corps symétriquement à l'axe du corps entre les surfaces de support des pieds de l'opérateur ou au centre du corps; dans la cavité du corps se trouve également une unité de capteurs pour détecter un mouvement du corps, qui est connectée fonctionnellement à l'unité de traitement et de réception/transmission de données sur le dispositif électronique, le manipulateur pouvant rouler et/ou s'incliner par rapport à l'axe horizontal.

Предложенная группа изобретений относится к устройствам программного управления и может быть использована в качестве управляющего элемента (ножного манипулятора) для управления электронными устройствами. Заявленный манипулятор для управления электронным устройством содержит корпус с поверхностями для опоры ног оператора и с выступающими поверхностями, предназначенными для установки на горизонтальную поверхность, причем в корпус вмонтирован блок обработки и приема/передачи данных на электронное устройство, который соединен с ним при помощи проводного или беспроводного соединения, а корпус выполнен в виде полой закрытой с обеих сторон трубы, выступающие поверхности, предназначенные для установки на горизонтальную поверхность, выполнены в виде колес качения, которые жестко прикреплены снаружи корпуса симметрично относительно центра корпуса между поверхностями для опоры ног оператора или в центре корпуса, причем в полость корпуса дополнительно установлен блок датчиков для обнаружения движения корпуса, который функционально соединен с блоком обработки и приема/передачи данных на электронное устройство, а манипулятор выполнен с возможностью качения и/или наклона относительно горизонтальной оси.
