The present invention relates to a light-emitting device and a vehicular lamp comprising same. The light-emitting device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a light-emitting unit comprising a light-emitting element; and a sidewall unit surrounding the sides of the light-emitting unit and coming into contact with the sides of the light-emitting unit, wherein the light-emitting element comprises two or more light-emitting cells grown on one growth substrate and the two or more light-emitting cells may be electrically connected to one another. The present invention has the effect of minimizing the shadow generated between the light-emitting cells by using one light-emitting diode chip comprising the two or more light-emitting cells while providing an amount of light the same as or more than when using two or more light-emitting diode chips.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent et une lampe de véhicule comprenant celui-ci. Le dispositif électroluminescent, selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, comprend : une unité électroluminescente comprenant un élément électroluminescent ; et une unité de paroi latérale entourant les côtés de l'unité électroluminescente et venant en contact avec les côtés de l'unité électroluminescente, l'élément électroluminescent comprenant deux ou plus de deux cellules électroluminescentes croissant sur un substrat de croissance et les deux ou plus de deux cellules électroluminescentes pouvant être électriquement connectées l'une à l'autre. La présente invention a pour effet de réduire au minimum l'ombre générée entre les cellules électroluminescentes au moyen d'une puce de diode électroluminescente comprenant les deux ou plus de deux cellules électroluminescentes tout en fournissant une quantité de lumière égale ou supérieure à celle fournie lors de l'utilisation de deux ou plus de deux puces de diode électroluminescente.

본 발명은 발광 장치 및 이를 포함하는 차량용 램프에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 발광 장치는, 발광소자를 포함하는 발광부; 및 상기 발광부의 측면을 둘러싸며, 상기 발광부의 측면과 접하는 측벽부를 포함하고, 상기 발광소자는 하나의 성장기판에서 성장된 둘 이상의 발광셀을 포함하며, 상기 둘 이상의 발광셀은 서로 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다. 본 발명에 의하면, 둘 이상의 발광 다이오드 칩을 사용할 때와 동일하거나 그 이상의 광량을 제공하면서도 둘 이상의 발광셀을 포함하는 하나의 발광 다이오드 칩을 이용함으로써, 발광셀과 발광셀의 사이에서 발생되는 암영을 최소화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
