The present invention relates to a dual hand robot for track link trimming and an automating process using same and, more particularly, to a dual hand robot for track link trimming and an automating process using same which, with respect to a process of forging a track link used for an endless track vehicle, use a dual hand robot (1) that has a first hand part and a second hand part stacked vertically and is operated by separate cylinders, so as to ensure that a trimming process followed by a discharging process can be continuously and quickly performed.

La présente invention se rapporte à un robot à deux mains pour l'ébarbage d'un patin de chenille et un procédé d'automatisation utilisant ce dernier et, plus particulièrement, à un robot à deux mains pour l'ébarbage d'un patin de chenille et un procédé d'automatisation utilisant ce dernier qui, en ce qui concerne un processus de forgeage d'un patin de chenille utilisé pour un véhicule à chenille, utilisent un robot à deux mains (1) qui a une première partie main et une seconde partie main empilées verticalement et qui est actionné par des vérins séparés, de manière à garantir qu'un processus d'ébarbage suivi d'un processus d'évacuation peut être effectué en continu et rapidement.

본 발명은 트랙링크 트리밍용 2중핸드로봇 및 이를 이용한 자동화공정으로서, 이를 보다 상세히 설명하면 무한궤도차량에 사용되는 트랙링크를 단조 성형하는 공정에 있어서 제1핸드부와 제2핸드부가 상하로 적층되어 별도의 실린더로 구동되는 2중핸드로봇(1)을 이용하여 트리밍공정과 이후 배출공정이 연속적이고 신속하게 이루어지도록 한 트랙링크 트리밍용 2중핸드로봇 및 이를 이용한 자동화공정에 관한 것이다.
