The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a rubber composition which has excellent workability, while maintaining excellently low heat generation properties even if the content of a silane coupling agent is decreased; and a pneumatic tire which uses this rubber composition. The present invention provides a rubber composition which contains a diene rubber, silica, a silane coupling agent and a liquid acid-modified polyolefin that has a weight average molecular weight of 20,000 or less and is in a liquid state at 23°C, and wherein: the content of the silica is 1-150 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the diene rubber: the content of the silane coupling agent is 1 part by mass or more relative to 100 parts by mass of the silica; the content of the liquid acid-modified polyolefin is 1 part by mass or more relative to 100 parts by mass of the diene rubber; and the total content of the silane coupling agent and the liquid acid-modified polyolefin is 3-30 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the diene rubber. The present invention also provides a pneumatic tire which uses this rubber composition.

L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir une composition de caoutchouc offrant une excellente aptitude au façonnage, tout en maintenant parfaitement des propriétés de faible génération thermique même si la teneur en agent de couplage au silane est diminuée ; et un pneumatique mettant en œuvre cette composition de caoutchouc. La présente invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc qui contient un caoutchouc diénique, de la silice, un agent de couplage au silane et une polyoléfine liquide modifiée par acide présentant une masse moléculaire moyenne en poids égale ou inférieure à 20 000 et étant dans un état liquide à 23 °C. La teneur en silice est comprise entre 1 et 150 parties en masse par rapport à 100 parties en masse du caoutchouc diénique ; la teneur en agent de couplage au silane est égale ou supérieure à 1 partie en masse par rapport à 100 parties en masse de la silice ; la teneur en polyoléfine liquide modifiée par acide est égale ou supérieure à 1 partie en masse par rapport à 100 parties en masse du caoutchouc diénique ; et la teneur totale en agent de couplage au silane et en polyoléfine liquide modifiée par acide est comprise entre 3 et 30 parties en masse par rapport à 100 parties en masse du caoutchouc diénique. La présente invention concerne également un pneumatique mettant en œuvre ladite composition de caoutchouc.

本発明は、シランカップリング剤の含有量を低下させても優れた低発熱性を維持しつつ加工性に優れるゴム組成物、これを用いる空気入りタイヤの提供を目的とし、本発明は、ジエン系ゴムと、シリカと、シランカップリング剤と、重量平均分子量が20,000以下であり、23℃の条件下で液体である液状酸変性ポリオレフィンとを含有し、シリカの含有量がジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して1~150質量部であり、シランカップリング剤の含有量がシリカ100質量部に対して1質量部以上であり、液状酸変性ポリオレフィンの含有量がジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して1質量部以上であり、シランカップリング剤と液状酸変性ポリオレフィンとの合計含有量がジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して3~30質量部である、ゴム組成物、及び、これを用いる空気入りタイヤである。
