(EN) This display device is provided with: a display element (30) having a display state that changes depending on changes in the applied voltage; a drive substrate (10) in which a thin film transistor (15) having a first gate electrode (12), a semiconductor layer (151), an electrode pair consisting of a source electrode (152A) and a drain electrode (152B) is present on each of multiple lower electrodes (17) which apply a voltage to the display element (30); and a display substrate (20) which is arranged opposite of the drive substrate (10) with the display element (30) arranged therebetween and which has an upper electrode (22), wherein the drive substrate (10) comprises a first gate electrode (12) and an insulated, elastic member (13) disposed between said first gate electrode (12) and the semiconductor layer (151).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage qui est pourvu : d'un élément d'affichage (30) dont l'état d'affichage change en fonction de changements de la tension appliquée ; d'un substrat de pilotage (10) dans lequel un transistor à couches minces (15), qui possède une première électrode de grille (12), une couche semi-conductrice (151), ainsi qu'une paire d'électrodes constituée d'une électrode source (152A) et d'une électrode déversoir (152B), est présent sur chaque électrode d'une pluralité d'électrodes inférieures (17) appliquant une tension sur l'élément d'affichage (30) ; ainsi que d'un substrat d'affichage (20) qui se trouve en regard du substrat de pilotage (10), l'élément d'affichage (30) étant disposé entre eux, et qui possède une électrode supérieure (22), ledit substrat de pilotage (10) comprenant une première électrode de grille (12) et un élément élastique isolé (13) placé entre cette première électrode de grille (12) et la couche semi-conductrice (151).
