Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a thermoplastic fluorine resin composition containing a thermoplastic fluorine resin (A) of which the Shore D hardness at 23°C in compliance with ASTM D2240 is not larger than 50, and a cross-link structure forming agent (B) that is selected from the group consisting of a polyfunctional unsaturated compound (b-1), a polyamine compound (b-2), and a polyhydroxy compound (b-3), and that can form a cross-link structure through a reaction with the thermoplastic fluorine resin(A), wherein a peroxide compound is substantially not contained when (b-1) is contained, an acid acceptor is substantially not contained when (b-2) is contained, and an acid acceptor and/or an onium compound are substantially not contained when (b-3) is contained; and a method for producing a cross-linked body comprising a step for crosslinking the thermoplastic fluorine resin composition by using ionizing radiation.
(FR) L’invention fournit une composition de résine fluorée thermoplastique qui contient : une résine fluorée thermoplastique (A) dont la dureté Shore D à 23°C conformément à ASTM D2240 est inférieure ou égale à 50 ; et un agent de formation de structure réticulée (B) qui est choisi dans un groupe constitué d’un composé insaturé polyfonctionnel (b-1), d’un composé polyamine (b-2) et d’un composé polyhydroxy (b-3), et qui permet de former une structure réticulée par réaction avec la résine fluorée thermoplastique (A). En outre, cette composition de résine fluorée thermoplastique ne contient pas en pratique de composé peroxyde lorsqu’elle contient (b-1), ne contient pas en pratique d’accepteur d’acide lorsqu’elle contient (b-2), et ne contient pas en pratique d’accepteur d’acide et/ou de composé d'onium lorsqu’elle contient (b-3). Enfin, l’invention fournit également un procédé de fabrication de corps réticulé qui inclut une étape au cours de laquelle cette composition de résine fluorée thermoplastique est réticulée par un rayonnement ionisant.
